Friendly staff and clean rooms. Staff even offered a complimentary massage and upgraded our room when it wasn't ready on time. Great location within walking distance to landmarks, shops, and restaurants. the breakfast was good and they even prepared a breakfast box for me when I had to leave early in the morning.

Some staff members were rude and incompetent, which made the overall experience stressful. Poor communication from the staff, causing confusion during check-out.
